Shipping
- We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
- Cairo & Giza: 60 EGP, [1–3] working days. Rest of Egypt: 90 EGP, [3–5] working days.
- We call or message you to confirm every order before it ships.
Returns & refunds
- You can return an item within [14] days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used skin care products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within [48 hours] with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
- Refunds are sent within [7–14] days of receiving the returned item, to the same payment method or by InstaPay / wallet.
